For one night, drop your relations, your work and leisure activities, and all your usual motives for movement and action, and let yourself be drawn by the attractions of the chase and the encounters you find there.

The Journey is a sportive event. Participation happens on your own risk. The organisational committee and its members can only be held responsible for their own actual fault or gross negligence.
The participants are not vicarious agents. Every participant has to make sure his own fitness and motoric abilities are sufficient to participate the game. Participants (pushing their boundaries) are responsible for their own actions. If you get blisters and, while examining them, bleed on your expensive business suit, its your own problem.
If you damage or do harm to third parties or their equipment, you'll have to cover the damages and will be disqualified to our discretion. It is in the nature of this game that we can only control cheating by random sampling. There are no magic buttons to summon a referee. On the other side, no cheater should be confident that we won't catch him or her. Don't mess with us.
